Maintenance opportunity in Harrow
The London Borough of Harrow is drawing up a list of up to 16 contractors to undertake planned maintenance and improvement work to its housing stock of 4,800 properties over the next four years.
Total value of the workload under the framework contract is estimated ot be in the range of £28m to £36m.
Work is divided into four lots, with up to four contractors expected for each:
- Lot 1: windows & doors (£4.6m)
- Lot 2: kitchens & bathrooms (£9m)
- Lot 3: roofing (£7m)
- Lot 4: electric heating/rewires (£3.4m)
It is anticipated that the framework will commence in August 2012.
