Affordable housing specialist Lovell has appointed three regional directors.

Tony Tann is the new regional director for East Anglia, Peter Taylor is regional director for London and Steve Coombs moves over to head up the Southern region.

Tony Tann joins Lovell from RG Carter Construction, where he was a regional director for the group and specialised in the affordable housing business. In his new role, he heads up the Lovell new-build, mixed tenure, regeneration and refurbishment affordable housing business across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and North Hertfordshire and North Essex. 

Peter Taylor was previously managing director for housing specialist John Laing Partnership. As regional director for Lovell in London he looks after everywhere within the M25 as well as Kent, East Sussex, South Hertfordshire and South Essex.

He takes over from Steve Coombs, who becomes regional director for Lovell’s newly created Southern region, covering Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire and areas of Dorset and Wiltshire.
