Manager to put new energy into Shepherd FM
Shepherd FM is delighted to announce the appointment of Yasir Sheikh as Head of its Energy Division.
Yasir will be based in central London and report directly to Operations Director, Mark Sutcliffe.
Mark Sutcliffe said, “Yasir will not only be providing advice and support to Shepherd FM about our carbon management activities, but he will be offering clients a consultancy service on all aspects of energy and the environment including: feasibility studies, guidance on Part L building regulations, building designs for energy optimization, CO2 (greenhouse gas) emissions management, and crucially, the management of Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) and Energy Audits.
“Establishing an Energy & Environmental Division within Shepherd FM will play an integral part in our future growth and success. Yasir’s expertise on a wide range of energy related subjects across a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, leisure, education and healthcare, will provide us with a solid platform with which to offer clients a more comprehensive FM solution.“
Amongst his other credentials, Yasir holds the position of Low Carbon Energy Assessor and Consultant in building operations from the Chartered Institute of Buildings Services Engineers (CIBSE).
