SOS Group, established in 1969 as School and Office Supplies Group, is a Belfast-based manufacturer and supplier of furniture and equipment for nurseries, schools, colleges and universities.
McLaughlin & Harvey said that the acquisition would widen the scope of the bespoke service currently offered by its joinery division.
