The fully automated plant at Stowmarket Business Park uses the Nisbau Euro 60 plant, which has the capacity to produce 50m3 per hour of wet batched concrete.
Managing director Tom Baker said: “We have strived to continue our investment in the company by being able to offer our customers more options in terms of supply. We have recognised the opportunity to further enhance the Eastern Concrete offer and this new plant will enable us to increase the area and nature of concrete delivery. This will complement the existing business giving customers the levels of supply required to complete their projects.”
The Nisbau Euro 60 has a twin-shafted mixer in 1.25m3 batches so trucks are filled with a computer-controlled wet mix in a matter of minutes. Eastern Concrete also offers volumetric on-site mixed concrete supplies alongside concrete pumping services with its boomed concrete pump fleet.
