Kevin Moriarty joins Murphy from Lands Improvement, a private equity-owned development company where he was managing director. He joined there from Macquarie Global Property Advisors.
As well as taking over Murphy’s property portfolio, Kevin will work on group investment strategy to deliver Murphy’s ten-year plan. This will include property, infrastructure assets, technology, PFI, acquisitions and capital expenditure.
His past career includes three years with the UK Olympic Delivery Authority during the big pre-2012 build-up. Before that, he worked for Laing O’Rourke, Lendlease and Haden Young.
