New managing director Trevor Dempsey previously worked at Bovis Homes where he managed the central region. New sales and marketing director Karen Roake joins from retirement living firm Pegasus Life.
Their arrival coincides with Linden Homes Eastern’s expansion across Essex and into East London. New sites include St Clement’s in Mile End, while the company has also been selected as preferred developer by the Greater London Authority to deliver the Silvertown Way development in Canning Town, East London.
Based at Linden Homes’ Chelmsford office and reporting into divisional managing director Tom Nicholson, Trevor Dempsey will oversee all the regional operations, including land buying, building, sales, design and quality.
Mr Nicholson said: “Our Eastern region has gone from strength to strength, with successful sites including Burntwood Square and St John’s making a positive lasting impression on the area. Trevor and Karen join us at a crucial turning point; the business unit has expanded its remit as we look to open more sites across our operating area including into the capital.
