The change will be put to a vote of shareholders at a general meeting of shareholders, to be held on 15th May in London.
The company’s board said that the proposal “follows an in depth analysis of the company's brand and brand strength in its various market places and is in line with the ongoing operational improvement programme”.
It added: “The company believes the rebrand will create a more easily understood and effective proposition for the company for all its stakeholders and customers.”
Further details on the rebranding will be announced with the company's final results on 3rd June 2014.
