New SES Commercial Director to strengthen team in Scotland
Award winning Building services company, SES, is pleased to announce the appointment of Grant Taylor as the Divisional Commercial Director for its new Scottish Division.
Grant, who joined SES on 5th January 2011, will report directly to Divisional Director for Scotland – Colin Walker, and will be based in the company’s newly opened Glasgow office.
Responsible for all aspects of surveying and commercial activities for SES in Scotland, Grant’s role will be critical in ensuring that all matters concerning quality, procedures and operations are balanced and progressive.
Prior to joining SES, Grant worked on the creation of two complex, multi-million pound super sky-scrapers in Dubai. He also held the position of Regional Commercial Manager for NG Bailey, responsible for all the commercial activities in Scotland.
Colin Walker said, “I’m delighted to welcome Grant into our team. He has a wealth of knowledge of the construction industry and, over the past 20 years, has demonstrated a solid understanding of the intricacies of building contracts – working on a number of multi-faceted and high profile projects in Scotland and abroad.
“Grant will be instrumental in establishing a divisional channel base and supply chain in Scotland. I am sure he will have a very positive impact on the business, as we continue to grow SES.”
Grant lives in Perthshire, is married with two children and enjoys all sports, especially golf.
