Persimmon Homes’ new Mansfield office becomes its 29th regional headquarters, headed by managing director Neil Follows.
The company already has homes for sale at Newark-on-Trent, Retford, Hucknall, Lincoln, Sleaford and Clipstone but plans to build more than 500 new homes in the region in the next few years.
