ECE Projektmanagement is the client for the €28m (£23m) project, which has a total gross floor area of 18,800m2 and involves constructing a T-shaped building of four to six floors, plus underground parking.
The office is for Philips Medizintechnik and is situated near Hamburg airport. Construction starts this month and is expected to complete in August 2015.
