Plans drawn up for Edinburgh housing development

Banks Property has submitted a proposal of application notice to Midlothian Council and expects to have the full application in by early 2016.

The proposed development is in Rosewell, on the 12.6-acre Doctor’s Field, neighbouring the Roselea development of 63 homes that Banks Property built with Miller Homes.

Banks Property is hoping to start construction before the end of 2016.
