The development, designed by Rolfe Judd Architecture, will also include as 30,000 sq ft of commercial premises for a range of uses, including offices, day centres and leisure.
Plans to develop the 2.9-acre former Arklow Road Trading Estate have been presented to Lewisham Council for approval.

At the moment this site is disused and unloved. We want to seize the opportunity to realise the potential of this land; to enhance the existing community by becoming a thriving new neighbourhood where people live, work and play.”
