Lendlease, Aecom, WSP and Mace have been selected for the Parliamentary Estates Directorate’s project and cost management services framework agreement.
The framework runs for four years and has an estimated initial value of £17m.
Projects to be procured through the framework will vary in size and value but all will be part of the ‘business as usual’ activities and do not directly relate to eiher of the two big refurbishment projects that are planned – the Restoration and Renewal of the Palace of Westminster and the Northern Estates Programme.
