Sacyr picked for Chilean hospital

23 Feb 17 A consortium of two Sacyr subsidiaries has won a US$114m (£91m) contract to build the Quillota-Petorca Hospital in Chile.

The contract for the Ministry of Public Works will be carried out by Sacyr Chile and Somague. The project will have a built area of 73,204m2 and will include 282 beds and nine surgical wards as well as other treatment areas including 52 outpatient care rooms.

The Hospital will serve over 320,000 people in the provinces of Quillota and Petorca, and will replace the existing San Martin de Quillota Hospital.
