Stepney Yard is 250-bed student accommodation development in Ouseburn.
PTM recently provided the same services to Adderstone on another £17m student accommodation project in Ouseburn – Union Square – a project that started in April 2013 and opened its doors to 228 students in August 2014.
Adderstone Group surveyor James Atkinson said: “Adderstone Group and PTM have enjoyed a very successful working partnership on recent projects.
