Skanska sells Midlands hospital assets
Skanska has sold its investment in three hospitals in the Midlands to co-investor Innisfree for £66m.
Under a separate contract, Skanska UK is also responsible for the hard facility management Services at Derby City General Hospital and the Sherwood Forest Hospitals. Although it has sold its equity interests in these hospitals, Skanska will continue to deliver the hard facility management services at Derby City General Hospital and Sherwood Forest Hospitals.
