The new 10,000m2 office building at Høvik, outside of Oslo, will be built as a passive house.
A parking structure is also included in the NOK295m (£25m) project for client Det Norske Veritas Eiendom. In addition, Skanska will refurbish 800m2 of an existing office building at the site.
Work will begin this month and is scheduled to be completed in early November next year.
