Skanska to build high-voltage test facility

The 12,000m² of facilities will be built at the ABB high voltage cable site in Karlskrona, Sweden.

The contract is worth SEK400m (£39m) and construction will begin this autumn, with the buildings due for completion at the end of 2015. The construction work will occupy about 100 workers.

The project is part of  ABB’s investments for increased production capacity at the Karlskrona site.
