The contract is with Tahoma School District and is worth US$89m (£58m). It involves the construction of some 30,000m2 of new facilities as well as new athletic fields and gymnasiums. Skanska will also construct a 600-seat performing arts centre.
The project will be completed in time for the 2017-18 school year.
