Soil Engineering Geoservices has been awarded its first international contract.
The company, which became part of Bachy Soletanche in April, will be deploying three track-mounted rotary rigs at the end of the month to undertake a major ground investigation in Africa. The scope involves more than1,500m of coring as well as pumping tests, downhole geophysics and packer testing. Site works are valued at more than £1m.
Soil Engineering Geoservices said it was seeking to expand globally and is pursuing further international opportunities in Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
