Spie UK will install services infrastructure to 46 new retail units, which will be completed over three phases. The building services team will provide construction, mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing services to the retail spaces, as part of phase two of Stansted’s £80m redevelopment plan.
“Spie was selected to carry out this project because of the wealth of experience and high quality work the company has demonstrated in the aviation market,” said Stansted Airport head of development & construction Matt Allen.
