The University of Strathclyde is looking to establish a replacement framework for major building contractors to support the delivery of its capital investment plan. It will be used for projects typically valued at between £4m and £50m.

Over the last 10 years, the university has invested more than £350m in improvements and development of its estate and facilities, and there is more to come.

The framework will also be available to Renfrewshire Council and Renfrewshire Leisure Ltd to use, giving it a combined envisaged value of £250m.
