Szerelmey wins flooring & restoration contract at One New Change, St Paul's, London
Szerelmey, the stonework and restoration specialist, has begun carrying out a flooring and restoration of associated features contract worth 1.4 million at the new One New Change building, St Pauls, London, EC4
Szerelmey is installing Yorkstone floor finishes both internally and externally. It is also restoring features on the roof terrace levels.
Work is being carried out for the client, Land Securities. The construction manager is Bovis Lend Lease, the concept architect is Jean Nouvel, Paris, and the architect is Sidell Gibson.
Work is due to be completed in the Autumn of 2010.
