Tendering opens for £22m Grangemouth revamp
Falkirk Council has started the tender process for a project to design, build and finance improvements to Grangemouth town centre.
Work will be carried out through a partnership with the council. The cost of the building works will be dependent on the chosen masterplan but is estimated at £22m.
Falkirk Council will choose the successful bidder through a competitive dialogue process and expects to invite between three and five operators to participate in the tender.
Requests to participate are due in by 2 September and invitations to take part in the tendering are due to be dispatched in November.
