Turner & Townsend will provide programme, project, cost and procurement management support for Sheffield City Council’s new £480m retail quarter in the city centre.
The new 900,000 square foot scheme will be retail led but will also include more than 200,000 square feet of homes and offices.
It is anticipated the retail development will be fully complete in 2021 with the initial phase opening for trading by the end of 2019.
