Residential developer London Square has completed the acquisition of the Grade II listed Hayes Court property on West Common Road near Bromley for £25m.
The sale price has now gone up by £5m since the deal was first announced two years ago.
The main office building will be converted into eight flats. There will also be nine mews houses and six detached houses built in the six-acre grounds.
The scheme has been designed by Formation Architects.
