Vinci has formed a joint venture with LifeCare Residences Ltd, an international retirement village operator.
The first location to be developed is Battersea Place on Albert Bridge Road, opposite Battersea Park. Plans for the site include 112 luxury apartments and penthouses, with amenities such as a leisure complex with indoor pool, a restaurant and bar, library, IT and cinema rooms, and a concierge. There will also be a 30-bed nursing home.
