Wates starts Slough spec office scheme

The 70,656 sq ft office development at 234 Bath Road has been designed by architects Flanagan & Lawrence.

The four-storey building is being built on a speculative basis to meet demand for new Grade A office space in Slough and the Thames Valley region.

Completion is expected in spring 2016.
