The Boole facility is part of the Lincoln Science & Innovation Park, a joint venture between the University of Lincoln and the Lincolnshire Co-operative. The contract was awarded through the Scape major works framework.
The project, part funded by the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnerships’ Local Growth Deal, comprises demolition of existing warehouse units and construction of a new two-storey steel framed building for office space and laboratories. Willmott Dixon will also refurbish an existing sub-station building.
