Willmott Dixon Partnerships will carry out structural repairs and refurbishment of the Lincolnshire authority’s housing stock, including both apartment blocks and individual houses.
The work will include new roofs, soffits/facias and gutters, additional roof insulation, re-pointing walls and refurbishment of rendered walls.
