Work for Shaylor’s London office

In the commercial sector Shaylor has picked up a £4.8m contract for the refurbishment of a three-storey 5,000m² office building.

Shaylor also has a £4m contract to convert Croydon’s Concord House office building into apartments and a £2.5m project to redevelop an existing commercial unit at Sycamore House in nearby Thornton Heath into 63 residential units.

Chief executive Steve Shaylor said “these latest contract awards show the local market has confidence in our abilities to deliver significant projects in the capital”.
