The RICS Pro-Yorkshire judges commented 'The design and construction of a 21st century house on a modest suburban site in Harrogate is a daunting task not for the feint hearted, but with this development LaROCK impressed the judges with how it rose to and met the challenge, and in doing so LaROCK set the benchmark as to what can and should be achieved – and not just in Yorkshire, but elsewhere in Britain. From a site comprising a small 1960's house, LaROCK produced an eye catching 5,850 square feet of accommodation on 4 storeys, with close attention to sustainability and enhanced eco-credentials, aided by the thoughtful use of intelligent technology, which will also serve to enhance comfort and ease of living for years to come.
