Specialist Awards 2008
The Construction Index supported the fourth annual Specialists Awards ceremony, which rewards the unsung heroes of the construction industry, at the London Hilton on 7th May.
Cementation Foundations Skanska had three reasons to celebrate at the Specialists Awards last night. As well as taking the Ground Engineering and Health and Safety categories, the contractor received the overall Exceptional Performance title in recognition of its technical expertise and particular attention to safety.
Lakesmere was also a big winner collecting the Cladding and Glazing and Business Growth categories. The Stone & Brickwork award sponsored by The Construction Index went to M Bliss Brickwork & Scaffolding, with R Clemens being Highly Commended.
