There is an exciting opportunity to join Bellway, one of the UK’s largest house builders. Our South West division is looking to recruit an Fork Lift Truck Driver to join the Division’s Construction team.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;

Role&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
The role of Forklift Driver, reports to the Site Manager / Construction Manager and is responsible for the transportation of goods and pallets around the site.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Principal Accountabilities&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Loading and unloading materials from a variety of vehicles as they arrive onto site.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Checking loads are secure.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Ensuring work areas are well kept and safe.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Comply with Site Health and Safety rules/procedures.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Qualifications and Skills&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
CPCS or NPORS licence.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
A17C-E on the CPCS ticket (Desirable)&lt;br /&gt;&#13;

      <title>Senior SHES Manager - Qatar</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;We are seeking an experienced Senior SHES Manager to lead and oversee significant construction packages in Qatar.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of international experience in an EPC role, specifically within major mechanical construction projects in the Oil and Gas sector.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Key Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
1. Develop and implement effective SHES Management Systems. – demonstrate experience in leading initiatives aimed at enhancing safety culture and driving continuous safety improvements during the construction of Large Scale LNG Plants, Refineries, or Petrochemical plants.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
2. Manage and mentor large teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork within a Joint Venture framework.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
3. Lead and guide the full implementation of the Project SHES Management Systems and Programs.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
4. Leverage experience to foster implementation of international best practices on packages.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
5. Plan and lead resource allocation and ensure effective resource allocations and&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
development across both packages.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
6. Provide oversight and guidance on SHES Systems, Regulatory compliance and SHES Performance at project sites.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
7. Prepare, review and update Project Specific SHES Plans and key supporting documents based on corporate and contractual requirements.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
8. Provide strong leadership within project to ensure that the Company Safety Culture is developed to the expectations of the JV Sponsors and Client, that it is fully implemented and maintained throughout all project phases.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
9. Use networking, influencing skills, negotiation skills, and technical knowledge to help establish direction and SHES culture of the project, driving a collaborative and high performance project.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
10. Support and promote the Observation &amp; Intervention program and the Safety Leadership and Cultural development programs.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
11. Liaise with internal/external stakeholders as and when required, e.g. Project Manager and Project Directors, Client Representatives, Partner SHES Managers, Subcontractors etc.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
12. Support Site SHES Managers to ensure SIMOPS and relevant SHES programs for Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and start-up are in place when required.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Qualifications:&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
1. Degree in a relevant field.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
2. Internationally recognized SHES certifications, including ISO 45001 and/or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor,&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
3. Extensive knowledge of mechanical construction methodologies.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
4. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in safety management and will be adept at engaging with Joint Venture partners and clients to ensure strong collaboration, project excellence and safety compliance.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

The Role&lt;br /&gt;&#13;

The Inspections Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the Customer Care department consistently delivers an exceptional service aligned with the values and standards set out in Bellway’s Customer Charter, NHBC, and NHQC expectations.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
The Inspections Manager is a vital link between our customers, and both internal and external teams. They conduct home visits in a friendly and professional way, assessing the scope of required works and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the remediation process. Their involvement helps streamline coordination, reduce delays, and enhance the overall customer experience.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
This role of Inspections Manager reports directly to the Head of Customer Care on all matters relating to Customer Care and after service/sales.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Principal accountabilities of the role include:&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Positively contribute to the level of service delivered to our customers, in line with the Bellway Customer Charter and the standards expected by the NHBC and NHQC.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Conduct home inspections with professionalism and courtesy, identifying necessary remedial works.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Plan and manage resolution works, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Liaise with Customer Care Operatives, contractors, and suppliers to meet customer expectations.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Maintain clear and regular communication with customers, providing updates and scheduling follow-up visits when required.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Work closely with the customer care team to ensure accurate recording of customer issues and project costs within company systems.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Support compliance with NHBC warranty obligations, attending resolution and Section 3 meetings, taking follow up action as directed.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Assist the Head of Customer Care with training and line management of Customer Care Operatives as required.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Experience, Skills and The Role Conditions&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Experience&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Experience of working in a Customer Inspections Manager position would be advantageous&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Trade and site experience is preferable&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Comprehensive and up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations, building legislation and NHBC regulations&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Qualifications and Training&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C (or equivalent) or above&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Current and full UK driving licence&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Skills and Aptitude&lt;br /&gt;&#13;

Demonstrates strong project management skills can work independently and take initiative&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Proven customer care skills with the ability to communicate effectively face-to-face and over the phone&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Experience delivering to strict timescales to meet KPI’s with the ability to think ahead and forecast customer issues&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Ability to communicate well and build robust working relationships with external contractors&lt;br /&gt;&#13;

Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Excellent administration and organisation skills&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
