A Level Psychology Lecturer

Job Description

Protocol are working with an exceptional provider of Further and Higher Education to recruit for a temporary A Level Psychology Lecturer in the Croydon area for four days per week on an ongoing basis.

The client offers academic and vocational qualifications, including apprenticeships, BTEC, City & Guilds and NVQs. Last rated by Ofsted as GOOD in February 2018, they offer courses with top of the class staff to suit every student's needs alongside fantastic employer links and a rich, vibrant community.

Role responsibilities

Complete all planning and preparation for lessons
Deliver excellent teaching practice across the A Level Psychology curriculum
Complete student marking and provide feedback when required
Complete any administrative work if required
Support students both pastorally and academically
Adhere to college policies including Safeguarding and Equality and Diversity
The person & qualifications

A Level Psychology teaching experience
Hold a teaching qualification
Hold a minimum level 3 qualification in relevant subject
Teaching experience in a college setting
Knowledge of both the AQA and BTEC Psychology syllabi
