Job Description

A fantastic opportunity is available at a FE College based in Derbyshire.

Protocol are looking to recruit a Brickwork & Property Maintenance Assessor to start immediately. The position will initially start on a temporary ongoing basis with the potential for a permanent job opportunity.

The position consists of 30 hours per week work based assessing over 4 days and this will be levels 1 - 3.

Role responsibilities
You will be responsible for work based Brickwork & Property Maintenance Assessing which will involve assessing levels 1 - 3.

The person & qualifications
You must hold an Assessing Award.
You must have previous experience assessing Brickwork & Property Maintenance to level 3.
You must have a valid DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
You must have a minimum level 3 qualification.
