- Take the Lead on Estimating in this Key Role
- Work Closely with Sales Director and Quantity Surveyors
Are you an experienced Façade Estimator who would enjoy taking the lead with a well established small business? Trading for over ten years, this Façade supplier and contractor have a newly created role for a dedicated estimator to join their team.
Working with Microsoft Excel and On Screen Take Off software's, you will produce quotes from £1K - £2.5M in value. Your client base will be tier one main contractors and national house builders. Working closely with the Sales Director, you will provide an essential technical function in the bid and pre-construction process. Working in this small team will mean you get to see your estimates become fully fledged completed projects.
Background:
- Minimum three years of facades estimating experience
- Academic qualifications in construction are desirable
- A can-do attitude with an understanding of the bigger picture
- Engaging and committed personality that can drive results
