With campuses at Cambridge and Huntingdon, Cambridge Regional College is one of the best Further Education colleges in the country for 16 - 18 year old Level 3 student achievement. The College has some of the best facilities in the country, such as industry-standard workshops, state-of-the-art catering equipment, studios and salons. The Huntingdon Campus has won the Business in the Community Award in the Hunts Post Business Awards for a record fifth time.

Students enjoy their studies here, thanks to inspirational teachers and excellent course options. With around 700 staff, 3,500 full-time students and 4,500 apprentices, the atmosphere at the two college campuses' is always busy and vibrant. A fantastic 95% of students go on to further education or employment. Graded as 'Good' with some outstanding features in their last Ofsted report, the college is often praised for its excellent resources, ambitious students and strong relationships with employers, and highlighted Cambridge Regional College's work in ensuring that the curriculum meets the needs of local and regional employers.

Cambridge Regional College are currently seeking a Learner Recruitment Executive to join them on a full-time permanent basis starting as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be sales driven as well as having an invested interest in student welfare. They will be personable, resilient and keen to hit the ground running in securing placements in and around the Cambirgdeshire area.

Role responsibilities

Build and maintain excellent working relationships with learner referral organisations across
Cambridgeshire.
Design, develop and maintain recruitment resources to ensure the best experience for the learners starting on our programmes
Collaborate with colleagues across the college to ensure the smooth transition of learners from full-time provision to employability programmes where appropriate.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with JCPs, third sector organisations and other referral partners to identify young people who could benefit from our programmes, across Cambridgeshire
Consistently achieve individual and team learner start targets and KPI's through high standards of
performance in-line with business expectations
Establish and maintain excellent internal working relationships with all stakeholders including sales team
Develop and implement strategies to target potential learners and promote our offer to them
Keep clear and detailed records using our management systems


The person & qualifications

Previous experience of working within the employability sector
Experience of training others in non-traditional teaching environments
Able to work away from the College campus if necessary
Ideal previous experience in a sales environment
Confident and adaptable
Resilient
Working knowledge of recruitment and recruitment processes
Client Relationship and Business Development Experience
Personable
