Maintenance Engineer - Contract Basis
6 week placement - Immediate Start
£17/ £20 per hour
Leicester
Monday - Friday 3 Shift
I am currently looking for a site maintenance engineer on a contract basis for 6 weeks. This client are a established manufacturer in the packaging industry. With a small team of 3 engineers based in Leicester, My client require someone who could assist filling a transition of a lever and a new starter as well as helping and assisting the new starter.

THE ROLE OF MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Assist a new employee
Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance
Ensuring production downtime is to a minimum
Monday - Friday role
Working closely with the maintenance manager
Ensuring reactive maintenance tasks are dealt with
Hands on maintenance
THE RIGHT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Maintenance background
Ability to read technical drawings
Experience of production site maintenance supervision
Scheduling PPMs
Coordination of reactive maintenance
Mechanical/ Electrical background
Enjoys being hands on
