Well Established Modular Contractor - Design and Build Projects as Principle Contractor

With a strong history of first-class Modular Construction projects, this UK based Offsite Manufacturer seeks to recruit a Project Manager on a permanent basis.

Delivering a large £30M new build education project in Essex, this role requires an experienced project manager with a skill base in civils and groundworks to compliment the skills base of the existing team.

This role will require:

• Managing education projects to programme/budget
• A history of completed high value projects with direct involvement in managing civils and groundworks
• Management and co-ordinate subcontractors
• Management of colleagues via a directly employed site team of managers, engineers and foremen

Knowledge and skills:

• Good understanding of developing project programmes using MS Project software
• Production of risk assessments and production of RAMS
• Good understanding of managing health, safety, welfare and environmental issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Strong customer facing skills and communication with the client and all team members throughout every project
• Experience in demolition works
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Experience Project Managing Education projects
• Experience in Design and Build Contracts
• Strong communication skills
