The company

This is an exciting opportunity to join an up and coming business with a focus on delivering sustainable, reliable and affordable, offsite manufactured building systems.

You will be joining a business going through a substantial growth phase with ambitious plans for the business over the coming years.

This is a company that works in partnerships with their clients, with excellent customer service at the forefront of what they do.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing director and predominantly based from the company's head office in Bedfordshire, you will be joining the sales and estimating function of the business to provide ongoing sales support to clients.

You will be working with self-builders, custom builders, contractors and developers, from prospecting for new business to undertaking estimates for the company's systems, prepare and submit quotations and secure commitment to orders.

You will be responsible for the entire sales process from beginning to end as well as having the opportunity to attend trade shows and qualifying potential projects.

You will have the opportunity to develop your career with a clear path to a senior management position.


About you

Previous experience within the construction industry
Experience selling/estimating in a housebuilding related business
Outgoing individual with strong communication skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD Software
Competent with Adobe suite and MS Office
Construction related qualification desirable
