We are looking for an experienced Warden Call Service Engineer to join our growing team, covering South East London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company working within the social housing sector, providing essential support to residents through the maintenance of critical warden call systems.

The Role

As a Warden Call Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, fault-finding, maintaining, and repairing warden call systems across occupied social housing properties. You'll attend both planned preventative maintenance visits and reactive call-outs, ensuring systems remain reliable, compliant, and fully operational.

Package

Salary of up to £42,000, depending on experience.

Company van provided.

Fuel card supplied.

Key Responsibilities

Service and maintain warden call systems.

Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.

Test systems to ensure they are operating correctly following repairs.

Complete accurate service reports and maintenance records.

Provide a professional and courteous service when working in occupied homes and communal areas.

Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.

Requirements

Proven experience servicing and fault-finding on warden call systems.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Full UK driving licence.
