Funding Administrator

Job Description

Protocol are currently looking to recruit a Funding Administrator to join a company set on ending youth unemployment.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a dedicated team which aims to support young people, providing them with the best foundation possible to kickstart their journey. This is either through education or helping them into employment.

About the Role:

You will be providing administrative assistance, working with the Contracts and Quality Coordinator to assist with contract tracking.

You will be working to maintain and update records of contracts and finance.

You will be responsible for monitoring and auditing ESF income compliance requirements in line with individual contract needs.

You will need to maintain high standard of office filing and archiving systems that comply with Street League's and commissioners' retention schedules.

About You:

You will have demonstrable knowledge of contract management.

You will have experience with monitoring quality and compliance, and you will be comfortable with their related systems.

You will have experience of dealing with government funded employability programmes.

The salary for this position is between £21,500 to £25,000, dependent on experience.

This is a permanent, full time contract.
