Customer Service Agent - Building Materials
Permanent position, Competitive Salary
Breedon are currently seeking a Customer Services Agent based at Cloud Hill. Working within a team in a fast paced environment you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries for ready-mix concrete. The office also provides a distribution centre for a network of local concrete plants.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Telephone and email contact to and from customers.
- Responding to customers' enquiries, queries and complaints.
- Proactive planning and tracking orders to completion.
- Scheduling and rescheduling orders whilst utilising haulage fleet effectively.
- Compiling and maintaining accurate records as required.
- Communicating effectively with commercial, production and haulage partners.
Good verbal skills are essential and previous experience in the concrete, markets is required along with a familiarity of the local geography.
