Job Description
Customer Service Agent Full time Raisby, County Durham Breedon are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join the team in Raisby. The successful candidate will be a driven and ambitious individual to co-ordinate ready-mixed concrete and mortar deliveries in a busy market.Key responsibilities:
- Timely & accurate input of all customer concrete and mortar orders
- Cost effective dispatch planning (shipping) of all customer orders through active liaison with commercial, operations and transport teams
- Timely response to all customer enquiries and complaints
- Specific support to the pre planning of major contracts or schemes in terms of production and transport capacity planning
We are looking for a professional, experienced Customer Service Agent who can demonstrate knowledge of road haulage. You will be an excellent communicator and be a proactive self-starter who can build effective relationships both with colleagues and customers.
