Office Administrator / Receptionist

Job Description

Due to an increase in business and internal promotion, we are actively seeking to recruit an experienced Receptionist / Office Administrator to work within our busy recruitment business in Grimsby.

This will be a full time and permanent position to start as soon as possible with a salary package comensurate with age and experience. Working hours are from 9am-5pm with half an hour for lunch.

We are seeking an experienced office administrator, comfortable with all office computer packages and with a good level of experience working in an office environment. Someone with experience of working within a recruitment business would be an advantage although this is not essential. It is essential that the successful candidate is experienced in Microsoft packages and in particular the use of Excel, Word and e mail packages and experience of using and inputing data onto a CRM would be an advantage.

You will be supporting the business on a daily basis with tasks including answering the phones and taking messages, taking in jobs, registering candidates and obtaining references prior to placements. You will also be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors to the office and for helping to ensure that all office systems and databases are up to date and accurate and that all documents are uploaded in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of a small and friendly team working in a fast paced but fun environment. There is plenty of scope for progression within the business and so this opportunity would suit someone looking for a career within the industry.
