Job Description

We have a rare opportunity for a Bradstone Assured Installer to join us as a Technical Customer Services Manager. You will currently be working as a Bradstone Assured Installer and looking to step away from landscaping into a more customer facing role, with the scope to utilise your technical experience. About the role Reporting to the National Sales Manager (Bradstone), you will be responsible for assessing all of our Bradstone Assured Installers work during their membership and also prior to joining our accredited scheme. Other elements to the role include: Managing customer complaints, assessing jobs and skill level requirements. Assessing jobs that have been entered in our awards ceremony. Selling our Assured Scheme to potential members Working in collaboration with our Marketing team to develop product information videos and content for social media and other channels Laying product for marketing shoots. Assessing laid jobs prior to shooting for marketing brochures Assisting our Sales team with any queries installers may have Delivering Product demonstrations on release of new products What will you bring? Experience working as a Bradstone Assured Installer preferred Landscape contractor experience will also be considered Able to access our Hulland ward (Derby) office, a minimum of 1 day per week Be able to operate in line with safety, health, environment and quality procedures and legislation, our brand values, competition law compliance and other business processes and procedures. Ability to communicate and build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and customers Be able to demonstrate flexibility to adapt and respond to change​ What's on offer?
