Architect Job in Camden, London
An Architect job is now available working on high end residential projects in London.
This award winning, innovative Architectural and Interior Design practice creates beautiful, luxury projects in the UK and abroad. Due to an increase in work, this team of 25 is looking for a Revit experienced Architect to join the London team on a permanent basis.
This role will initially see you working through the technical stages of a high-end residential project in London, therefore technical skills are vital. Following this, you will be working on similar projects across all stages.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working primarily on high-end residential projects in London
- Reporting as required on project process
- Preparation of building regulations documentation, tender information and construction documentation (NBS and drawings)
- Preparing tender and construction packages for high-end residential projects
- Working in a 3D BIM environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years UK experience working on high-end residential projects
- Working knowledge of Revit is essential (BIM Level 1/2 advantageous)
- Experience across all RIBA stages
- Able to demonstrate good technical and construction knowledge
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong presentation and design skills
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
