Job Description
Technical Architect Job in Paddington, London
A Technical Architect job is now available working on data centre projects in London.
This client's firm deals in a variety of projects from data centres and office projects to luxury boutiques for global clients. With a growing client base and offices in London and Paris, they are now seeking to expand further.
This role will see you working through large technical projects in London, therefore relevant experience is vital.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working primarily on technical projects in London
- Reporting as required on project process
- Preparation of building regulations documentation, tender information and construction documentation (NBS and drawings)
- Preparation of tender and construction information
- Leading your own team
- Working directly with clients and associated professionals
- Developing concept design proposals, including presentation to clients and planners
- Design of technical details in accordance with regulations and building standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent Revit skills are essential and Enscape is desirable
- Experience across RIBA stages 3/4
- Able to demonstrate good technical and construction knowledge
- Good knowledge of English building regulations and the building permit procedure
- Strong presentation and design skills
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Data centre experience is desirable but not essential, all candidates must however have experience working on large scale technical projects
- Fluency in French is a bonus.
